Hi i’m Ella, a Relationship & Human Design Mentor

There’s so much to tell you here that I don’t know where to begin! The day I realised that living authentically by example was my purpose, I lit up inside and committed to only doing things that made me feel excited and alive. (I'm a 4/6 Sacral Generator which means I am here to be a role model, teacher and share the wisdom from my life experience, so thats exactly what i’m doing!).

I've travelled the world to over 50 countries, worked a fast-paced corporate job, left that to study yoga and spirituality.

I taught and lived in holistic and spiritual communities, before settling in Bali, specialising in Therapeutic Yoga, breathwork & energy healing practices.

All the time continuing to be fascinated by and study relationship and life coaching, authentic relating, communication techniques and Human design.

With this solid tool kit to navigating loving connections, i'm ready to share these teachings with you.
