Yoga for Kids

Along my travels I have realised that Yoga is for everyone, regardless of size, flexibility, age, gender, race, it really is a beautiful tool for connecting and bringing beautiful beings together.

This especially goes for the smallest members of our world. I never realised how humbling and beautiful it would be to teach yoga to children, until I got the opportunity to do so in Chile.

I don't speak Spanish and they don't speak English, but that didn't hold us back for one second. Yoga speaks from a universal language, a body language, a language from the heart.

We hopped like frogs, we mooo'd and meowed our way through cat cow, we inhaled and exhaled with such presence, I was able to let everything go, and embrace my inner child.

So although I was the 'teacher', as soon as these bold little Yogini's stepped on to the mat, I realised the space was much bigger than teaching a class and going through the movements, it was a reminder that the only moment that exists is now.

So thank you to the beautiful members of my Yoga with Kids class, I look forward to the next session!
